Why I built
this practice.
After years in corporate finance — MIS, budgeting, FP&A — I kept seeing the same thing: business owners and families making expensive decisions without the financial clarity they deserved.
Their CA was doing compliance beautifully. But nobody was watching the margins erode, or flagging the cash crunch three months out, or helping them structure a business decision properly. That gap was costing people real money.
On the NRI side, I saw families where the parents' financial life in India was scattered across banks, nominations hadn't been updated in fifteen years, and the children abroad were genuinely anxious about what would happen in an emergency. All of it fixable — but nobody had taken it on.
So I built two focused practices. One for businesses that need a finance partner, not just a filer. One for NRI families that need a trusted local person to handle it all and report back clearly.
I work with a deliberately small number of clients. That's the point — you get real attention, not a ticket number.
